Dr. Vishal Arora, an ophthalmologist, completed his postgraduate degree in ophthalmology at the Dr. R. P. Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in New Delhi. Dr. Vishal Arora just joined Artemis Hospitals as Head of Ophthalmology. He lead the hospital’s ophthalmology department. During his residency at Narayana Nethralaya in Bangalore, India, Dr. Vishal Arora focused on suture-less cataract surgery and refractive surgery (LASIK).
Dr. Arora specializes in Keratoconus management and ophthalmic imaging. Keratoconus is a cornea-related eye condition, and Dr. Arora’s knowledge in this field undoubtedly makes him a great resource for those suffering from it. He has been invited to various national and international conferences as a faculty member, where he has given speeches on his areas of expertise. He was also the first to open a specialist dry eye clinic in Haryana to assist people with dry eyes.
