Corneal inserts can recover the ordinary corneal shape, slow keratoconus progression and decrease corneal transplantation requirements. This procedure can also simplify the adjustment and tolerance of contact lenses. The insertions of the corneal can be separated so that a provisional measurement can be regarded.
  • Cornea Transplant – Keratoplasty penetration is the complete transplant of cornea. During this procedure, the doctors extract and substitute a whole-thick section of the main cornea with donor tissue. The inside of the cornea is preserved by a deeper anterior lamellar keratoplastic. It enables prevent this critical inside lining that may happen with a complete thickness transplant from being rejected.
