Kellgren Lawrence Osteoarthritis with Endplate Sclerosis and Joint Effusion

Medical Case Report: A Female Patient (79 Years) from Kenya Diagnosed with Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) Grade-3 Osteoarthritis with Endplate Sclerosis and Joint Effusion Suggested for Bilateral Total Knee Replacement and Shoulder Replacement Surgery

As per the shared reports, Ms. Mary is diagnosed with Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) Grade 3 osteoarthritis with endplate sclerosis and joint effusion of both knees and left shoulder.

KL Grade 3 knee osteoarthritis with endplate sclerosis and joint effusion indicates moderate to advanced knee and shoulder degeneration. This stage is characterized by significant cartilage loss and structural changes that typically cause frequent, daily pain and activity limitations.

Investigation required:
