Dr. Pritish Singh is a well-known and highly experienced Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon who leads the Department of Paediatric Orthopaedics at Amrita Hospital. He specializes in treating bone problems in children, such as fractures, bone deformities, limb length differences, and infections of the bones. With his gentle nature and years of experience, Dr. Singh has helped many children walk, play, and live active lives again.
He completed his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics from the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Sevagram. Over the years, he has performed numerous successful surgeries to correct bone deformities, fix broken bones, and repair ligaments and tendons.
Dr. Singh is also an active member of many reputed medical organizations, including ASAMI India, the Delhi Orthopedic Association, the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of India, the Indian Orthopaedic Association, and the Indian Medical Association (IMA).
For his outstanding work, Dr. Singh has received several awards and recognitions. He was awarded the Best State Representative Award by ASAMI India in 2023 for his contributions to deformity correction. He also won the Best Oral Presentation Award at ASAMICON 2020 for developing a simpler and more patient-friendly surgical technique. The Sports Authority of India recognized him for providing medical support during the Khelo India Games in 2023.
He also received appreciation for organizing the Delhi Basic Ilizarov Course the same year.
Apart from his hospital work, Dr. Singh is regularly invited to speak at national and international medical conferences and workshops. He also trains and mentors young doctors in the field of paediatric orthopaedics, deformity correction, and Ilizarov surgeries.
