Dr. Niranjan Naik is a senior Surgical Oncologist with over 30 years of experience in treating and surgically managing various cancers. He is currently working as the Vice Chairman and Head of Department (HOD) of Surgical Oncology at Paras Hospital. Known for his expertise in advanced cancer surgery, Dr. Naik has successfully managed numerous complex oncological cases using a patient-centric, multidisciplinary approach. His extensive experience in minimally invasive and robotic procedures has helped many patients achieve better recovery and improved quality of life.
Dr. Naik completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore, and later pursued his MS in General Surgery from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He further specialized in cancer surgery by completing his M.Ch in Surgical Oncology from AIIMS, New Delhi. In addition to his academic qualifications, he received Certified Robotic Surgery Console Surgeon training for the da Vinci System in 2018 and also completed a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery (FALS) from IAGES, reflecting his commitment to adopting advanced surgical technologies.
