The reports suggest that the patient has ventriculomegaly forming an Empty Sella resulting in progressive tremors. She also has chronic right-sided sinusitis.

Ventriculomegaly is a condition characterized by the abnormal enlargement of the lateral ventricles in the brain.

Chronic sinusitis (or chronic rhinosinusitis) is a long-term condition where the nasal and sinus passages remain inflamed and swollen for 12 weeks or longer. It is characterized by persistent congestion, facial pain, thick discharge, and reduced smell.

The diagnosis needs to be confirmed through investigations.

Investigations Needed – DSA, MRI, CT Scan for Sinuses and other routine tests.

Possible Line of Treatment – If the tremors are severe or acute and investigations correlate with brain function, Ms. Mavluda may need a DBS surgery, though this is less likely.

If the tremors are mild and the investigations suggest only early-stage brain changes, the patient may only need medical management.

For Sinusitis, she may need sinus surgery to repair the sinuses.
