As per the reports, the patient is diagnosed with a case of Ca breast (biopsy proven, metastatic), triple negative. There is an indication of Metastasis in the case, which needs to be further investigated.

Investigations needed – Patient will need to go through PET CT, Review of Biopsy blocks, Next Gen Sequencing, IHC Markers, Mammogram, 2D ECHO, and other routine tests. She will also be advised for hereditary cancer panel with reflex MLPS.

Possible line of Treatment – Ms. Falicia will need chemotherapy. Depending upon investigative results specially from Next Gen Sequencing, the doctors would like to add either Targeted therapy or Immunotherapy to the chemotherapy. This is more likely in this case.
