As per the shared medical reports, the patient has been diagnosed with abdominal cancer, with multiple masses identified in the gastric region, epigastric region, lumbar region, and retroperitoneal area. Further, there is a disease progression/metastasis reported in the liver.

Abdominal cancer refers to cancers in the digestive organs like the stomach, liver, pancreas, intestines, etc., often starting as vague symptoms like indigestion, pain, nausea, bloating, and weight loss.

However, a complete diagnosis is needed to confirm staging and determine whether the other locations represent metastatic spread or stand-alone cases.

Investigations Needed – PET CT Scan, Biopsy, IHC markers, and other routine tests.

Possible Line of treatment – Final treatment plan will be decided after complete clinical/ Physical evaluation. However, patients may require 5-6 cycles of chemotherapy with or without Targeted Therapy.

Estimated Costs:

The estimated cost of the initial evaluations will be approx. USD 800-900 on OPD basis.

The family may arrange approximately USD 25-45 per day towards accommodation and food at the guest house after discharge from the hospital.
