Dr. Naman Utreja is a well-known Radiation Oncologist currently working as the HOD & Senior Consultant of Radiation Oncology at Sarvodaya Hospital. With over 13 years of experience, he specializes in providing advanced and precise radiation treatments for various types of cancers. He is known for his patient-centric approach and dedication to delivering effective cancer care using modern technology.
He completed his MBBS from MGM Medical College, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, and pursued his MD in Radiation Oncology from Swami Rama Himalayan Institute, Dehradun. He also completed a fellowship in “Treating Oncology Patients During COVID-19” from Scientia, Los Angeles, further strengthening his expertise in oncology care.
Dr. Utreja has expertise in advanced radiation techniques such as IGRT, VMAT, and Rapid Arc Therapy. His areas of interest include Head and Neck Oncology, Thoracic Oncology, Breast and Gynaec Oncology, Genito-Urinary Oncology, and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery. He also has experience in Paediatric Oncology, Geriatric Oncology, Pain & Palliative Care, and Brachytherapy for different cancer sites.
He is a lifetime member of the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India and the North Zone Association of Radiation Oncologists of India. He is also associated with the ICAN Care Tobacco Control Initiative, reflecting his involvement in cancer awareness and prevention activities.
Dr. Naman Utreja has actively contributed to oncology research and academics. He received the Second Prize in the Best Paper Category for Neuro-Oncology in 2015 and has participated as a Co-Investigator in major Phase III studies on Lung and Prostate Cancer. He has also been invited as Faculty at several important oncology conferences and workshops, highlighting his contribution to the field of radiation oncology.
