Dr. Tariq Matin is a highly experienced Interventional Neurologist with over 23 years of experience in treating complex conditions related to the blood vessels of the brain and spine. He is currently working as Director & Chief of Neuro-Intervention at Artemis Hospitals, Gurugram. He specializes in advanced, minimally invasive procedures for stroke, brain aneurysms, and other blood vessel-related conditions. His experience of managing 1,000+ neurointerventional and neurovascular cases reflects his extensive exposure to complex brain and blood vessel conditions.
Dr. Matin completed his medical education at Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal, followed by specialized training in Interventional Neuroradiology at AIIMS, New Delhi. He also completed a fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology at Foch Hospital, Suresnes, France, under Dr. Georges Rodesch. His training also includes the PLANET (Pierre Lasjaunias Neurovascular Education Course) at the University of Toronto.
