Dr. Padma Srivastava is a renowned neurologist and currently serves as the Chairperson – Neurology at Paras Hospital. With over 40 years of experience, she is known for her expertise in stroke management, neurovascular diseases, and neurological care. She has made significant contributions to improving stroke treatment and patient outcomes in India.
She completed her MBBS from Osmania Medical College and later pursued her MD in General Medicine and DM in Neurology from AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Srivastava has also received several prestigious fellowships, including FRCP (Edinburgh), FAMS, FNA, F.N.A.Sc, and FIAN, highlighting her excellence in neurology and medical research.
Her areas of specialization include stroke care, Alzheimer’s disease, neurodegenerative disorders, and the use of telemedicine and digital health solutions in neurology. She is also actively associated with leading medical organizations such as the Indian Stroke Association, Neurological Society of India, and Indian Epilepsy Association.

She received the prestigious Padma Shri from the President of India in 2016 and was recognized as the National Icon in Stroke Care in 2024.
