She had previously served as a Consultant Surgical Oncologist at the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute Research Centre (RGCIRC). Dr. Seema Singh graduated from the famous, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi, and got her M.Ch. (Surgical Oncology) from the Institute of Rotary Cancer Hospital, AIIMS, New Delhi.
