Multiple Sclerosis Treatment with Bone Marrow Transplant

As per the shared reports, the patient had headaches and nose bleeding; the MRI suggests changes in the brain. The report also mentions that the patient is a known case of Multiple Sclerosis.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, autoimmune disease of the central nervous system in which the immune system attacks the myelin sheath that protects nerve fibers, disrupting brain-to-body communication.

We will need to do some investigations to confirm the diagnosis.

Investigations needed: The patient would require undergoing a detailed evaluation, including MRI, Lumber Puncture, Antinuclear Antibody (ANA), Anti-dsDNA & Anti-Sm, blood tests, and other routine examinations.

Possible line of treatment: A definitive treatment can only be suggested after doing a physical and investigative examination of the patient. As of now, it is safe to say she will need advanced medical management.
