Clinical Case Report: Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (TLIF) Surgery for Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and Multi-level Disc Protrusion with Nerve Compression in a 56 Years Patient from South Sudan

According to the shared reports, this is a case of moderate disc protrusion and  disc bulge at level L2 through level L5 and spinal stenosis at level L4 to level L5. Additionally, at L4-L5, the narrowing of the spinal canal has resulted in nerve compression.

Spinal stenosis refers to the narrowing of the spinal canal at this level, which can cause pain, numbness, or weakness in the lower back, buttocks, or legs.
