Dr. Subodh Pande has a long and rich clinical and teaching experience in the specialty of radiation oncology. and is one of the best radiation oncologists. After obtaining MD in radiotherapy from the AIIMS, New Delhi in 1977, he served at the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai where he was involved in establishing its neuro-oncology and pediatric oncology services.
He is a member of the International Society of Pediatric Oncology as well as a member of the Association of Medical Physicists of India. His clinical focus is on the treatment of head and neck tumors, prostate cancer and brain tumor. His expertise includes cyberknife surgery, brachytherapy procedures, and PET scan-based techniques for cancer management.
These days he is deeply involved in Cancer Treatment with Cyberknife Technology. The CyberKnife Procedure is a non-invasive Procedure for the treatment of Malignant and non-malignant cancers where radiation therapy is suggested. It is particularly suggested in deep-seated tumors such as Brain Tumors and Prostate Cancers.
Dr. Subodh Pandey has pioneered the Cyber Knife Technology in India. He is regularly treating tumors of brain, bladder and prostate with cyber knife technology.
