Knock knee surgery is a medical procedure used to correct severe inward curvature of the knees (genu valgum). The procedure straightens the leg, redistributes weight-bearing forces to the center of the knee, relieves chronic pain, and stops progressive joint cartilage wear.

Total Knee Replacement (TKR): This major surgery is reserved for older adults (typically 60+) who suffer from advanced, bone-on-bone osteoarthritis caused by long-term knock knee alignment.
