As mentioned in the reports, the biopsy of the right iliac bone indicates B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma of follicular center origin. The reports also mention multiple lesions throughout the skeletal structure.

Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is a diverse group of blood cancers that develop in the lymphatic system when white blood cells (lymphocytes) grow abnormally, forming tumors.

We will need to do some tests to confirm the diagnosis, staging of the disease, and possible locations of disease presence.

Investigations: She will need to go through PET-CT, a fresh Biopsy, Molecular Studies, next-generation sequencing, Cancer markers, blood investigations, and other routine investigations.

Possible line of treatment: The final treatment plan will be determined after a comprehensive clinical and physical evaluation of the patient.

Based on the current diagnosis, the patient is likely to require approximately six cycles of chemotherapy. If the molecular studies are able to detect any mutations, the doctors will be able to add targeted therapy into the chemotherapy protocol.

These treatment cycles will be administered once every three weeks, followed by a reassessment to evaluate response and determine further management.
