He has received fellowships from esteemed institutions such as Kings College in London, UK; Hammersmith Hospital in London, UK; Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia; and City of Hope Hospital in LA, USA. His contributions to medical literature have helped advance the understanding and treatment of hematological disorders. Additionally, he has authored book chapters in publications by prestigious organizations like the Association of Physicians India and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, among others. Dr. Mishra’s dedication and expertise have been recognized with the Geeta Medal award for best research in Oncology at AIIMS (BMT). In his clinical practice, Dr. Mishra has performed a wide range of stem cell transplants for various hematological disorders like Aplastic Anemia, Sickle cell Anemia as well as provides the treatment patients of thalassemia. This includes matched unrelated transplants and haplo-identical transplants.

He has by now, treated successfully patients for congenital blood disorders, Thalassemia, sickle cell Anemia, Aplastic Anemia, leukemia, Acute Leukemia, myeloid Leukemia blood cancer treatment, neuroblastoma and even relapsed blood cancers.Dr Pravas has successfully treated many patients suffering from neuroblastoma which is a rare and often aggressive form of cancer formed in immature nerve tissues in neck, chest, spinal cord or adrenal gland that primarily affects children.
