Dr. Amit Mittal is a highly skilled gastroenterologist and GI endoscopist with over 19 years of expertise. He specializes in treating all gastrointestinal disorders, such as liver cirrhosis, alcoholic liver disease, fatty liver, hepatitis B and C, pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, GI ulcers, GI malignancies, and IBS.
Dr. Amit Mittal received his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, Karnataka, followed by DNB (General Medicine) from St. Stephen’s Hospital in Delhi and DNB (Gastroenterology) from P.S. R.I Hospital in Delhi.
He also has experience managing various types of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies, including Upper GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Enteroscopy, Capsule Endoscopy, ERCP, and EUS.
Dr. Mittal has a great track record of completing over 10,000 GI endoscopies, demonstrating his expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic treatments. In acknowledgement of his achievements, he was awarded the Atal Swasthya Bhushan Samman in 2019.
