Dr. Pravas Mishra is leading hematologist in India and currently serves as Head of Medical Oncology and Hematology at Amrita Hospitals. He is a highly accomplished Hematologist/Hemato-oncologist with extensive training and experience in the field. After completing his DM in Clinical Hematology from AIIMS, New Delhi in 2017, he has dedicated 17 years to clinical practice and research. He has received fellowships from esteemed institutions such as Kings College in London, UK; Hammersmith Hospital in London, UK; Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia; and City of Hope Hospital in LA, USA. His contributions to medical literature have helped advance the understanding and treatment of hematological disorders.

Additionally, he has authored book chapters in publications by prestigious organizations like the Association of Physicians India and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, among others. Dr Pravas Mishra’s dedication and expertise have been recognized with the Geeta Medal award for best research in Oncology at AIIMS (BMT). In his clinical practice, Dr. Mishra has performed a wide range of stem cell transplants for various hematological disorders like Aplastic Anemia, and Sickle Cell Anemia as well as provides the treatment of patients of thalassemia.
