I, Shadiev Aziz, was in India from 16th February, 2015 to 19th April, 2015. We got our son Odiljon Shadiev operated for Pilocytic Astrocytoma in Max Hospital, Saket, New Delhi.
We spent really good days in India. The doctors in the hospital were excellent and they knew their job perfect. I would like to thank Dr. Arun Saroha specially. He is very responsive and great doctor, always hears patients and advices them well. The only problem which I felt in the hospital was regarding the waiting time, we had to wait for 3 to 4 hours sometime. However, other things were absolutely awesome, people were so friendly and kind- hearted.
In our stay in India, our interpreter/ facilitator Navein Prakash helped us a lot. He is a very nice person and he always helped us. He interpreted everything very well, he knows Russian very well. My son was very fond of him, they used to play together. When we returned to Uzbekistan, my son misses him and wants to talk to him every day.
My personal opinion: if there will be such responsive and kind people like Navein Prakash in your company, who are always ready to help, your company will definitely go a long way. I am very happy that Navein was our translator in India.
