Medical Case Report: A 29 year old Male Patient from South Sudan Diagnosed with Pansinusitis and Recommended for Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) in India

Diagnosis: According to the medical reports shared with us, Hon. Fuad is suffering from Pansinusitis.

Pansinusitis is inflammation or infection of all the sinus cavities in the head at once. Symptoms include facial pain, nasal congestion, headache, and thick mucus. Infections, allergies, or blockages can cause it.

However, we would still like to confirm the severity of the condition by doing some investigations upon his arrival at our hospital.

Investigations Needed: The patient will need to undergo detailed physical and clinical investigations, which will include CT Scan, nasal endoscopy, culture test, etc., along with other routine tests.

Possible Line of Treatment / Plan: Final treatment plan will be decided after complete clinical/ Physical evaluation. As of now, it is safe to comment that he will need Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) is a minimally invasive surgery for serious sinus conditions.

The patient and the patient’s attendants will be received at the airport by our Representative. Apart from the medical and nursing team, one Case Manager will take care of all the needs. We shall also assist them with reasonably charged accommodation near the hospital.
