Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma is a highly respected haematologist and bone marrow transplant specialist with extensive experience in treating complex blood disorders. He currently serves as the Director of Haemato-oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi.
He is an expert in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, as well as advanced procedures such as bone marrow and stem cell transplants (both autologous and allogenic). Over the years, he has successfully performed numerous bone marrow transplants, offering hope and new life to patients with blood cancers and other haematological conditions.
Dr. Sharma completed his MBBS (2000) and MD in General Medicine (2006) from the University of Delhi, followed by a DM in Clinical Haematology (2012) from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
In recognition of his excellence, he has been honoured with several awards, including the Best Citizen of India Award, Gold Medal for Best MD Thesis Presentation, and 2nd Prize for Paper Presentation in Diabetes and CAD.
He is an active member of professional bodies such as the Indian Society of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (ISHTM), Delhi Medical Association (DMA), and Indian Society for Atherosclerosis Research (ISAR).
