Dr. Aparna H. Mahajan is a highly experienced Senior Consultant in ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Surgery at Amrita Hospital. She is known for her expertise in treating variety of ENT problems with advanced surgical techniques.
She completed her MBBS and MS (ENT) from the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sewagram, Wardha, where she also received a distinction in her final master’s examination. To further enhance her knowledge and skills, she obtained her MRCS (ENT) from the Royal College of Surgeons, London, England.
Dr. Mahajan specializes in skull base surgery, cochlear implant surgery, microsurgery of the ear, voice surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and endoscopic DCR. She also has rich experience in paediatric bronchoscopy, both rigid and flexible, for removing foreign bodies from the airway.
She is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, London, a Member of the Indian Society of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery, and a Member of the Association of Otolaryngology, Haryana. She has also completed the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) courses in 2019 and 2022, ensuring her practice follows the highest standards of patient safety and ethics.
Throughout her career, Dr. Mahajan has received several honors. She stood second in the state-level inter-college ENT quiz and has published multiple articles in both print and digital media.
