My name is Purity Wachira, an attendant for Esther Wachira. We arrived in India on 10th May 2016, for treatment and the welcome was awesome at the airport. HBG Medical Assistance case manager, Mr. Sadaruddin took us to the hotel and to the hospital the same day.
Mr. Sadaruddin was very helpful and on the ratio of 1 – 10, I would give him 10 as he is excellent in customer service and relations. We were always in touch and accompany in all the procedures, the best thing I recall is when my sister had major surgery on 31st May 2016 and it took over 14 hours. He went home very late and kept on calling until the time I told him that she was out of the theater.
To be sincere, being in a foreign country and not knowing anyone else, he has continued to be there for us throughout. HBG company, I will be always grateful to you for your support on GOP not wasting time whenever we needed you and acting on the same day and same time will recommend HBG for the excellent services.
